Eleonora Rotola graduated with the highest honors from the prestigious University of Trento in European and Transnational Comparative Law. Her thesis, focused on Comparative Economic Criminal Law, marked the beginning of her specialization in this field. During her university career, Eleonora enriched her education with international experiences, undertaking study stays at the University of Castilla la Mancha and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. These experiences helped consolidate her knowledge of comparative law and broaden her professional horizon.
Eleonora’s passion for criminal law materialized during her initial internships at a specialized law firm in Barcelona. She later chose to return to Italy for an extended training period at an Anti-Mafia Prosecutor’s Office. In this role, Eleonora supported the Chief Prosecutor in extremely complex investigations related to organized crime, as well as handling personal, property, and economic crimes. This variety of experiences allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the legal process. A deep knowledge of how prosecution works enables the development of more effective and specific defense strategies for her clients.
After qualifying as a lawyer with the Bari Bar Association, Eleonora continued her career as a corporate lawyer in Barcelona, dealing with civil and commercial law matters. Her experience in the transnational legal field ultimately led her to join our team at Gimbrere Legal, where she offers clients her dedication and passion for the law, along with her ability to handle complex transnational issues with empathy and professionalism.
In addition to her legal career, Eleonora is also a talented dancer, bringing creativity and discipline to her work and life. We are delighted to have Eleonora Rotola on our team and are confident that her skills and commitment will contribute to the success of our clients.
