Laura, a Colombian national who has resided in Barcelona since early childhood, brings with her a rich cultural background and a diverse set of skills that enhance Gimbrere Legal’s dynamic and inclusive approach to legal services.
Laura’s academic career is marked by her dedication and commitment to legal excellence. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Law from the prestigious Barcelona School of Management of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), after completing his Law Degree at the same university. Laura’s foundation in law was based on a solid academic background, starting with her Bachelor of Social Studies scholarship at Fert Batxillerat and extending through her primary and secondary education at Jesuitas Gracia Kostka. In addition, Laura has demonstrated her commitment to personal growth and discipline by earning her Piano degree from Jesuit Grace Kostka College in June 2015.
Before joining Gimbrere Legal, Laura honed her skills and acquired significant experience in the corporate tax area: incorporation of companies, restructurings and drafting and negotiation of corporate contracts, analyzing the corporate restructuring process. Laura’s language skills, combined with her comprehensive competencies, enable her to effectively serve a diverse client base. He has a strong ability to analyze complex legal issues, ensuring thorough analysis and strategic problem solving. With confidence and clarity, Laura conveys legal concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and engagement.
